It is necessary to train competently summing exercises for different muscle groups. There is not a single literate video on KZbin. I will make a video in the future on this topic. For now, I can advise you to stand in pike freeze, and invert freeze, and stretch your shoulders, do a windmill at speed, but it's better to separately develop your leg swing muscles with exercises, so they will work out better. For arm strength specifically for airflare, I can advise push-ups sideways on the middle delta, or develop it with dumbbells. In airfares, the middle delta is strained when pushing, but the front one is needed only at the moment when you are belly to the floor, but the problem of the twist is precisely in the push with your hand, where a developed middle delta is needed. You also need to strengthen the lower back and torso as a whole, press hand stand and any abs exercises are suitable for this.

You got some power moves down but need more work on top rocks, footwork & flips to be well rounded. Keep improving!

Thanks, but I'm going my own way, I want to create geometric shapes and variations powermove and powertricks. I dance more for myself, but you can watch the previous videos where I dance and the dance level is higher there, now I don't have enough energy to perfect the dance, I can allow 10 minutes at the end of the workout at most. I forgot to say that dancing is an improvisation.
