For video, it literally doesn't matter which lens you use, because you won't even notice the difference in glass quality/image quality. For video, you only want smooth focus and preferably as low as possible focus breathing... That's literally all you want - because in video, you WILL NOT be able to notice the difference between a cheap and an expensive lens in image quality. For stills on the other hand, better glass is always king, regardless of how much tech the entire lens has...

The problem with most critics of this line of lenses is that they want to compare $3000 lenses with these budget lenses, which I think is insane. For such a low price point they are worth the purchase to be honest what you are getting especially if you are an enthusiast and not so much a pro or with the budget to splurge on expensive glass, these really get the job done. Amazing video by the way.

These look great for what they are but I wish you would have shot in the more common Slog3-S-Gamut3.Cine or S-Cinetone so we could have a better idea of the color cast and range.

These lenses on the Canon R7, Canon C70 and Canon R6 Mark 2 in crop mode would be brilliant. Same as if you used them on the Nikon Z5 in crop mode.

I think they're decent for the price, too. However, something I noticed here (and in another video) is that the chromatic aberration is pretty bad in these. That said, this is probably something that only filmmakers and photographers would notice.

Thanks. These lenses are made for APS-C camera. So you simply just enable Super 35mm crop. Then you good to go. You don’t need to upscale your video 😊
