Amen, in like manner I seriously changed my biblical view, I was a seventh day Adventist without Christ. By now Christlike is my passion through the teachings of Myers and the guidance of holy Spirit.💪

My son who is under 45 just lost his job of 25 years so this sermon was meant for me at exactly this precise time as I suffer greatly from auto immune disorder with adrenal insufficiency stress and sermon helped me immensely like the 'balm of Gilead, an actual healing salve from a herb. To have to support a family and have a job that no longer exists for even sending resumes to creates as much stress on the parents (me) as the child. My only hope is a page of texts that I titled "God in in control' ...a real testimony from this former atheist/agnostic

How are things going? The Lord knows your needs, go to Him in prayer. He will open doors of employment for your son. Blessings, dear.

Your testimony means a lot to me. I struggle with disease. I struggle in extending Grace. I struggle forgiving the narcissist. I struggle. I wish for God to control my destiny. I’m so tired of man controlling my life. May the Prince of Peace reign in forever our lives.

I love how Pastor Myers was ready to comfort his wife when he thought she was getting weak explaining her MS. I'm glad she shared that now I can share with someone close to me who has MS as well. I can relate to Praising God for that "new calmness and peace" vs what we / I would've been like or how I would've responded in my previous lifestyle. Thank you Jesus for leading me to find Pastor and Sis Myers again. God bless y'all.

Pastor, Pastor, Pastor.... I am so pleased that you married such a God-fearing woman. The testimony from her mouth needs to be heard by so many. I understand pain. My pain from Fibromyalgia has placed me in a better relationship and a witness for Christ. I do not complain. He is in control and I am happier with Him in my life. Her testimony allows people to learn to lean on our Father. And she is right Stress can kill you. Her promise to God is on point, but it shows how we all are like infants in our growth towards discipleship. And oh as she said about peace. It is amazing how He gets you there. Patience. And yes.... He takes care of His own. Thank you, for allowing her to speak. May God continue to be in your lives as a beautiful God fearing couple.

Thankyou Jesus . This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m under heavy spiritual attack again and I can see how it’s me through being triggered and taking Satan’s bait gives him a way in. Jesus saved me from the occult December 2018, spiritual warfare is so real when Paul wrote Ephesians 6 he knew it. We are living in a spiritual world ,submit to God resist the devil and he will flee from you. Submitting also for me means not taking the bait and trying to fight my battles in the flesh .

I am so glad to see your comments turned on this video. I pray you will reconsider turning that function back on for your other videos. Its so important to be able to discuss what we just heard. For myself, I use to study under Creflo Dollar, I loved his style, it was teaching Not preaching YOU PASTOR Meyers Are the SDA Creflo Dollar and YOU are an ANSWER to my PRAYER!!! Pastor Dollar isn't SDA but you and he present the Word in like manner. You both "Teach" Not preach and make it understandable, by watching, reading and listening to these videos I have memorized so much more scripture then I could have by reading it alone and can recall it better because I can relate it to things you say. I actually stopped going to church because their was no teaching going on, it was platitudes and stories but no real substance or scripture. Listening to a Teacher has been sorely missing in the church. I could and do listen to you for hours! Thank you and Thank the LORD for You!!

Listening to this now in 2020, and what you've both said relates to my season today. People may tend to cause stress. I need to be delivered indeed I'm touched when others think differently and hurt by their decisions . @Antonte you mentioned that when people have caused you to stress, you need to consider what might have triggered that behavior. I have been in this and end up in self-talk which the Pastor has also admonished. How can I consider healthfully without hurting myself.

Love this, and Ivor is so right, may God keep blessing him with understand and ability to preach with words we can understand. I'm still confused why so many preachers use music at end of sermon to play on emotions when thier about to do a calling? Besides the ending musik, the whole sermon is wonderful.

To Pastor Ivor thanks for always sharing the word of God. I was wondering if you could preach about Christmas since xmas is just around the corner and I believe that it is not biblical and it would help me share to my friends and families.

In the book The Desire of Ages,, Chapter The King Cometh, hardback pg.578 the disciples under the SPRIT of inspiration said, Abraham called CHRIST Melchezidic . who else could it be, per Heb 7:1-3. CHRIST was the only one who could be priest and king.

Thanks for posting, Ivor. Great Sermon. Satan must not have liked it , because there was noise and interrupted sound at 57 minutes / 57 seconds (57:57) . Also at 58:20 and 1:01:54 (1 hour, 1 minute + 54 seconds.)

You know whats interesting. Lucifer was made up of 9 of the 12 stones that the high priest possessed on his garment. Interestingly enough 9 kings. Maybe the other 3 represent something in connection but idk. Jus an interesting similarity

Hi. I know it's been a year, but I'm just watching this sermon about having peace. We have to examine ourselves see why we get upset when people do things to us. Is our ego still alive? If we are dead to pride, and full of love for others, we can have peace even when people do bad things to us. We need God's help to do this, though. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit and stayed calm when receiving terrible abuse from people, and we can, too, with the help of the Holy Spirit. May God bless you, and fill you with His peace...
