So a AC block does not work with charger? What did you plug white cable into?

It does work with a normal wall brick. It just can’t use a Type-C to Type-C cable. The white cable was a Type-C to Type-A cable plugged into the same wall brick that I used to try the first cable. However I did not try it with a cable that has a type-c plug on one end and normal wall plug on the other (like a Nintendo switch charger). Though I don’t see why that wouldn’t work either.

Should the PowerOwl charger be connected to its power source before inserting the batteries for charging, or can you insert the batteries before connecting the charger to your pc or charging adaptor? It’s just my other charger is a HiQuick and you have to connect the charger before inserting the batteries for charging!

I can’t say for sure on “should” or “shouldn’t”, as I have not heard or read anything one way or the other. But i can say i have done both and have had no issues.
