In boiler if feedwater inlet temp decreases ,will it produce steam at lower temp ,as in boiler heat is only used for phase conversion i.e only latent heat is added

Bro, one doubt.. for TDBFP we are using extraction steam from IP Turbine that is HRH steam and CRH also using and from APRDS also auxiliary steam using...these three are combined and going to small turbine know ???? I mean turbine driven side for feed pump know bro??? These three for rotating that small turbine inside TDBFP know bro??? Please clear my doubt???
