It's insane how hard it is to find tutorials this good. KZbin is just PACKED with extremely barebones guides that basically teach nothing but the absolute minimum. (ie. "Did you know there are things called ANIMATIONS!?) You actually show a really pleasing slide deck and walk through exactly what it takes to replicate it. It's incredible. This is beautiful and amazing. I tried to replicate it in Google Slides, but there is no "intersect" merge option, so I can't seem to layer the semi circle on top of the full circle in a manner that allows the order or grouping to work the right way. Any suggestion? So appreciate your creativity!

How did you determine angle number such as 120º depending on percentages such as 60% ?

60%=0.6*180=108°, remeber what 90°=50%

Let's say you want to know what number to type from 180 to get 60 from 100 60/100 = X/180 X= (60 × 180)/100 X= 108 That's the right number. There is a tiny mistake in the video's calculation.
