Thanks for this. One additional tip - if in presentation mode, you can right click in the notes box and it will pause the scroll. When you left click outside of the popup box the scroll begins again. This allows you to keep up with someone with varied speed of delivery.

If you make the text box a bit narrower, the presenters eyes will not be as noticeable moving left to right while reading. This results in a more natural presentation, as opposed to being as obvious while reading the script.

I have a real teleprompter and was looking for a way to make a powerpoint a teleprompter screen (mirror and flipped img.) in order to use with my real teleprompter. Nice video, not what I was looking for. This method makes the text appear back words and upside down on the teleprompter glass in from of the camera.

This is great - but I can't seem to get it to work for a longer presentation, ie going over several slides. If all in one slide, it doesn't play past the boundary of the slide, and I can't work out how to get it to automatically go to the following slide/s. Any tips for that? Thanks!

You just have to drag the bottom of your 'text box' to the bottom of the slide header/footer or in the middle(however u prefer) . Just make sure u drag them.

hi sir, is it possible to have power point in windowed mode and still run the presentation like we do when in full screen mode? so the scenario would be our windowed ppt running on left of screen while other stuff going on at the right side ? is it possible?, thanks

Hi Mary, Do you know that you can present PowerPoint presentations as videos using the combination PPT-Mirror App and cheap passive prompter with any device in any browser?

Hi, Thank you so much for this video. I have one question. which version of PP do you use and how or where to you klick to make it run. I have a German version and tried to follow but could not see where you clicked after working the first sheet to get it up and running. the second question is: how many words can I use in one go, because, the longer the green line, the slower the text comes on. So how do I speed it up and how do I cover all the text, so that it does not stop half way? I am very grateful for your help.

Can’t you use a clicker, a mouse, or a key press, to pause it when you want to expand on a point in person, live, or during the filming of a video, etc.

The only way to get perfect alignment is to use a teleprompter (45° glass reflecting the text) bewteen the camera and you. There are mini teleprompters suitable for a smarthpone screen that you can buy for auround $50, and if for no money you can buil one with black carboard and a CD case. If you only have your laptop and cam, the best way around is to put the laptop right under the camera, as far away from you as you can.
