Hi there! Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide specific troubleshooting advice. However, you may want to start by checking the Customize the Ribbon menu and making sure that the Audio command is selected. You can customize the Ribbon by right-clicking on an empty space in the Ribbon, then selecting Customize the Ribbon.

Hi! Actually, I am not here for learning how to insert an audio. My problem is that, (in times of Corona), my teacher has sent us a powerpoint presentation with that kind of audio inserted and I cannot play it. I have got a mac and it seems as though I´ll have to download something in order to play it, but I don't know what. I would be glad if you anyone could help me with that. :)

Sometimes Macs have issues with video and audio. You might try asking your teacher to send it again using a different format. One option that your teacher could possibly use - exporting the presentation as a video, unless it has some kind of interactive element. Hope this helps!
