Really helpful as I move my lectures fully online in response to COVID-19 directives. I already have the Powerpoint slides created for each lecture, and now am adding my audio comments. The best thing to do if you're wanting to share it is to save it as a video. You can do this by going to the File menu, and then changing the file type to MP4.

Fantastic thank you and very clear and concise!! I have 2 quick questions ; do you have to use presenter view with 2 monitors? Can you not just use your one pc?? (Eg over skype). 2nd thing that Im unsure about is if you have to show it on skype to an investor for example how can you stop that person from taking a picture of your idea or slides , or saving it to copy...!? No, I have three screens, and the notes still appear at the top, but I reduce the font size right down so I can see all of the text clearly at once. Alternatively, copy and paste the notes into a separate document and have that on the other screen.
