I like how they explained everything in this one. In the reboot AND the original, there were just monsters because reasons. This one actually showed how the monsters came to be. I also like the idea of the powerpuff girls previously being normal people. The idea is cool to me.

He’s actually the one that caused the chemical x to fall in and got hit himself. I loved the OG Powerpuff Girls. It was one of the best cartoons ever made and I still watch the entire series from start to finish at least twice a year. I don't understand why people don't like the reboot. Everyone should have realized that the reboot was going to be different, wouldn't have all the same voices, would have an all new vibe in general and would have the new style of animation that most cartoons from Disney & Cartoon Network have these days (thick lines, bright colours, over the top facial expressions, etc) just like Star vs The Forces of Evil, Wander Over Yonder, Teen Titans Go! Gravity Falls and the upcoming shows Infinity Train, Amphibia & The Owl House ...basically just clean and high budget looking. More than anything they should have realized it would be basically an entirely different kind of show and that they should set their expectations to not low, but open to something new. If this is what you did and you still didn't like it then that's fine, it's your opinion we all have them This is exactly what I did and I've watched every episode so far and enjoyed each one. At least you didn't say "the reboot ruined PPG for me" the same way I hear someone say that about every remake or reboot of any popular tv show and movie (like I've seen others say about the PPG Reboot as well)... I never get those people, if a reboot or remake sonehow "ruins the original" then you must not have been that big of a fan to begin with right?

The Japanese version is better by far in my opinion. Both story and voice acting. There's some voice acting in the English version that turns sad moments into funny moments because of how bad it sounds. But I would recommend watching the first episode of each version and see what you would prefer. (Music is much much better in the Japanese one).

And second, i used to like the reboot and hoped it takes place after the original series but then I had mixed feelings about it until this scene showed up with Mojo having that creepy eyeball in one of the episodes. The I heard about the new girl who suppose to be part of the PPG and now most ppl don't like the reboot as much, even I'm not that interested and lost hope. "YOU KNOW THAT." You clearly must be younger than 8 years old. I rather watch the original and the anime.

I love this anime, but I cannot stand the english dub. The sound effects and voices were so grating, and whatever that theme song is, it's got nothing to the original japanese dub, which is a bit unfair to compare, but still. Plus, I really liked that the girls had their own names and families.
