Jason Herzog, should be the Ref for ALL Power Slap contests. Other Refs , just call it off if the guy isn't 110% in 8 seconds, when obviously the slapper can in reality continue. Refereeing and judging needs to be refined, but Power Slap is OK with me.

Ok this shits a joke but if we really wanted to make it serious here are a couple of things you can do. The mat they stand on should have a pressure sensor and light that calls the stepping fouls The first person to get hit should have double the recovery time to mitigate the advantage of going first. The table also needs to be thinner, ir just not be there at all in order to not interfere with the slaps. The person who goes first should be determined by slapping a dummy that mesures strength. Higher score goes first.
