A bit like an RJJ style but he seems too tall to pull that off. Also RJJ only had to hit you once all the way up to super middle to win the fight... But this man does seem to have some power too. Good video, thanks! With so few fights the skill and timing is amazing . look at AJ´s early fights or anyone really, they look a lot less composed than this man. Hope he´s got a chin too, at some point he´ll need it.

There was someone who said ,by nature , by playing you learn way more efficient than just working and suffering. Playing like he probably does at the gym , working hard and playing is probably what got him so far. Also born good instincts and reflexes also play a part. I like this dude in my opinion . He has far better fundamentals than Naseem, this is straight forward, quick boxing. Naseem attacked from bizarre angles and body positions, there are some similarities in how they retreat from an engagement but the attack is very different.

Prince fought some decent opposition even before Barerra, but by the time he faced Barrera he had become ill disciplined and stopped training as much because his hands wouldn’t stop hurting. I still think Barrera would’ve won, but Prince was more proven than this Whitaker guy by that point

The only thing which killed Nassems career was a dint in his pride after not taking a Barrera seriously. Show boating doesn’t work when you got a champion who blitzed multiple world champions. Oscar dela Hoya I watch in golden gloves to rise through multiple weight divisions to champion 6 weights. He didn’t fair to well against Barrera either and he was one of my all time favourites.
