Iconic based on history and location, right next to marine drive. But this is not enough, it's small, it's doesn't have good stadium experience for spectators, it just doesn't meet the international standards, infact no ground in India meets the standards including the largest one in Gujarat. It was built on a budget primarily.

For those who are concerned why govt. is not making football stadium, let me brief you they are making a FIFA style stadium with 50000 seating capacity and there is another football stadium in Mumbai which despite being small hardly fills up. SO instead of blaming the govt for not making football stadium we need the people to fill the stadims, otherwise the stadium will rot in dust and no crowd means no income generated through it, now tell me is it a great step?

Amane is a village in Bhiwandi of Thane District, yes a part of MMR. if its near Samruddhi and Vadodara highway intersection, village would be Kukse Borivali not Amane(this is correction in video). They have already destroyed two hills for intersection. If they want to build it in vicinity to that area, they should do it near Shelar or Nimbavli village. That land parcel should be reserved for logistics only.

You can’t see right now as Gujarat growth is not centred only to Ahmedabad and surat. If you really want to see check industries from surat to halol and vadodara to Ahmedabad on ground. You will see many industries which only operates in Gujarat. Secondly, any state is compared through its tax payers. MH pays highest in india. MH has so many company offices, those corporate tax makes the tax bracket higher. So who is those corporates? Adani ambani tata wipro etc etc. who are they? Gujaratis.
