So I have a powerware 9390, however when I try to initiate the PM it makes a thump noise

Hi friend, I have the same UPS, but with electronic switches on bypass and batteries. After battery replacement I have one Actual Error- Error configuration. Could you help me to find the unswer on my trouble? I think, I need some service utility to clean my error or some special RS232 unit? Thanks in advance!

well, it is not a problem to get XCP.. there is problem to get an autorization code.. after installation..
