NOTE: Using MS365 (Insider Edition) I had to add a line to omit "null" values in the imported Power Query by filtering the Weekday column. First try imported over 1M rows with most being blank at the top of the imported table in spite of it not appearing in the PQ preview. Also, in PQ when merging the two columns to create the new Quarter column, it was automatically named "Quarter.1", but could be fixed right in the formula for the new column. This was a GREAT video! Very clear, and the two notes above were just in case someone else ran into those issues (I wouldn't even call them problems as they were easily fixed and the first possibly a bug!). Thank you! I was the first to view this video, but the edit to my initial comment failed and lost it. Hope the comments help others.

this should be done inside your calendar table, you can add 2 columns in the calendar, one for the fiscal month number, and the 2nd for the fiscal quarter number, then you need to sort the month name column using the fiscal month number. the fiscal month number should be: Form 4 to 12-> deduct 3 for, and From 1 to 3 add 9. you can achieve the above using calculated columns with IF function

It will all check all columns containing dates in your model and fetch the oldest and earliest

Now in pivot I want to choose date from any one column out of 4 so how will I do that because usually the date column is taken from date calendar table.
