Majorities of animators that use Shin, forgot the fact that Shin could evolve more that that four times, or maybe not maybe a new evolve beacuse not had the imagination to make that form Shin is a monsters in terms of regeneration/adaptation factors True, his four form not can had much chance with Godzilla legendary 2019-22 in mele fights, but for truly defeat him, Godzilla need destroy every cell of Shin, like how he make with Ghidorah Because, if he not make that, Shin can reform his body, can absorb Godzilla DNA and radiation, and can evolve in something that no only can fight in mele, but that can use the radiation good And that arm that Shin cut? Well, that arm could turn alive and form a new kind of Shin if no is destroyed
