Honorable Sir, during 1986, I went to Dumka tribal area , travel by bus from Pakur railway station to Dumka In bus one or two guide were also travelling they were controlling to tribals men and women appx 35-40, they were not wearing cloth , every minute hooting shouting , Guide knew there tribal launguage and Bangla and Hindi also when I asked what is the reason of hooting , he said Sir, please do not look back on him and not to say a single word otherwise all they will start fighting in that case you and me or others cannot control them Sir, by this vedio I feel all government officials who had been posted in the past thier pension to be stopped and political leader accounting to be checked, Respected Sir, you are doing great job , atleast 80% population there, will get justice and will live happily ईश्वर आपके इस अच्छे काम में मदद करें ऐसी मैं हृदय से प्रार्थना करता हूं Thanks Jai Hind Jai Bharat

सर दूसरे वन निवासी 2005 से पहले 75 साल से रहते आ रहे हैं ये साबित करना बहुत मुश्किल है इसके लिए 1930 या उससे पहले का रिकॉर्ड चाहिए जो की आज का तारीख मे मिलना बहुत ही मुश्किल है वो कैसे साबित करेंगे की 1930 या उससे पहले से वो रहते आ रहे है न 1930 के पहले का सेटलमेंट पेपर है न cencus है और ना ही वन विभाग का microplane और ना ही आज के तारीख 2023 मे कोई बुजुर्ग उस गाँव मे 93-110 साल का जीवित है जो यह कह सके की ये इसी गाँव मे 1930 से पहले से रहते आ रहे हैं।शहर मे 1930 का रिकॉर्ड मिलना मुश्किल हो जाता है तो गाँव की बात तो छोड़ ही दीजिये और इनमे से कोई एक पेपर दिखाना जरूरी है फिर जो other forest dwellers जो वास्तविक रूप से पिछले 100 साल या उससे पहले से रहते आ रहे हैं उन्हें इस कानून से इंसाफ नही मिल पाया है जो ये कानून बनाये हैं उनका इंटरव्यू जो की youtube मे उपलब्ध है उसमे उन्होंने भी इस पर चिंता जताई थी। Other forest dwellers के लिए इस वनाधिकार अधिनियम 2006 मे संशोधन की अति आवश्यकता है।
