Why should anyone believe you David Gates on this false prophesy when you were dead wrong on the prophesy that National Sunday Law would be passed in the spring of 2019 and probation for SDA’s would be closed. Double shame on you and Greg Lang. You will be held accountable. Get right with the Lord NOW!!!

The 7 Last Literal years can someone please help me with the study. Why are no SDA preachers preaching this?

Because if you take the 7 years literally in Revelation you destroy the foundations and pillars of understanding prophecy both in Revelation and in Daniel. To use the 'day for year' interpretation in its proper place is crucial to maintain correct hermeneutical principles. If you were to choose it as you will both literal and at other times prophetically then you destroy the principle and anyone can apply it in any way they choose to; which is what David Gates is doing. The time, times, and half a time; and the 42 months, and the 3 and a half year prophecy used in Daniel and Revelation refer to the historical correlation of the Papal power in its persecution power of its reign against the children of God. The deadly wound received in 1798 began the time of the end. 1844 marked the end times and there are "no more time prophecies after this time of 1844." No more time periods are emphatically declared by the Spirit of Prophecy. No one should be using any time setting prophecies or trying to determine either the length of the time of trouble, or the approximate time of the second coming. That is why no one in leadership are condoning Pastor Gates applications using time. The leaders are walking by the light given by sister White on this subject. She also says there will be many who will try to do within the church only be disappointed time after time. Is it not enough to know the signs and season of which Jesus gave to know His nearness? Should we not just know it is close, even at the door? This should give us the urgency to prepare ourselves and to reach out to others of the closeness of time and prepare. This is our duty, not trying to pin down the year in which Christ will come. Also to add; the Sunday law will not come from the left because of climate change; it will come from the right, the apostate Protestant churches, (Republicans), as they see what is coming on the world, they will claim it is because of the breaking of their Sunday-keeping sabbath day, and they will call for their legislators to enact a law to observe Sunday keeping. Too many Adventist are being deluded into the same lie that the right wing apostate churches have turned to. They will be sorely surprised when the Sunday law comes from the party they have been associating with for so long. Ellen White says; "Protestantism shall give the hand of fellowship to the Roman power. (not the liberal political left) Then there will be a law against the Sabbath of God's creation, and then it is that God will do his "strange work" in the earth." 7BC 910. "Those "religious bodies" (not secular left) who refuse to hear God's messages of warning will be under strong deception and will unite with the civil power to persecute the saints. The Protestant churches will unite with the papal power in persecuting the commandment-keeping people of God.....this lamb like power unites with the dragon in making war upon those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." 14MR 162. "The "church" appeals (not secular liberals) to the strong arm of civil power, and in this work papists and Protestants unite." GC 607. David Gates directly contradicts the Spirit of Prophecy at the 41 minutes mark in his lecture saying the "secular powers" will use their own authority uniting ....." This is in direct opposition to what I had written above from the Spirit of Prophecy. Ellen White emphatically states it is the "Church appeals to the strong arm of civil power," and in this work papists and protestants unite." So how can anyone listen to Pastor Gates when he goes against the plain thus saith the Lord in the spirit of prophecy? There is no light in him, the use of time setting is directly in opposition to the spirit of prophecy on this subject.

An interesting lecture was put out by Pastor Walter Veith on his lecture "Is this the end?" You should check this out as to trying to determine the year of Christ return. He puts it at the year 2027 in an argument using the universal cycle of the week, 7 days as 7 thousand years principle (if that is a principle) highly debated but many founders did believe in it. He also uses both scripture and spirit of prophecy determining the total of 6000 years to terminate in 2027 as spirit of prophecy confirms it was "4000 years from Adams fall to Christ's baptism", as the finishing of the 4000 years from the vague possible prophetic verse of II Peter 3:8 " But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that 'one day is with the Lord as a thousand years', and a thousand years as one day'." The theory is that like the creation week that took 7 days to complete, so the plan of salvation will take 7 days only understanding that each day is like a thousand years. 6 days or thousand years would complete the work, then the seventh day or Sabbath would be the last thousand years when we are translated to heaven for that one thousand years thus completing the whole universal cycle of 7 days or 7 thousand years. A popular theory, yet was abandoned by our founding fathers and sister White never gave any support for the theory in her writings, but often referred to the years of 4000 from Adam to Christ's baptism, and that nearly 6000 had been fulfilled up to our day. So there seems to be an alluding to a specified time fulfillment of 6000 years to the second coming of Christ. How that correlates to the theory is never advocated by sister White in supporting of the theory. As her usual, sister White never admonished any form of time setting to determine Christ's second advent. Her position was clear, as she often asked; "would you do differently if you knew the year of Christ's coming?" thereby rebuking those who change their lifestyle if they knew that had more time, which would be solidly against what God wants of man. We should be ready at all times, day and night, every moment of the day, not putting the second coming off as far as ten years nor putting the second coming less that a few. Her point reflects the concern of God that we must be alert and ready if the bridegroom comes, or if the thief were to come in a time we least expect. Readiness is the key feature here. Knowing the time destroys readiness.

Yes its true, the Only way to get ready for the Coming of Christ is to get ready today and Stay ready. When you are ready there's no need to get ready, But I tell you prophecy is just so interesting. 🙂 If you have more please do share. GOD bless

MR. James I will that is why I follow him. He has Miracle after miracle and school after school and orphanage after orphanage and church after church that he’s built and how many TV stations to spread Gods Word has he ??? and you want to tell me that the angels aren’t all around him??? The reason why I listen to him is because Jesus is coming soon morning or night or noon.!! And I am so excite! Open your eyes and look around! Oct! The Pope Will have every head of every Nation Start the National World Sunday Law. It’s already here. It’s just not strictly enforced. So probation for All Adventist Is Almost Over! Because we know is over when this happen. So when A Man of God Is Warning the world You best not be a Jezabell and speak against him. God don’t like that one bit! Praise Our Heavenly Father For the Third angels message!
