Namaste dear family,
Vitality Queens is a movement to encourage our people to consider leading a healthy and happy life by adding Yoga, exercises, positive thinking, healthy diet, and regular meditation to daily life. Ajan Yogi (our renowned yoga master) and me Rubin ( a school teacher) created this channel in malayalam to help all those who haven’t got the facility or access to learn and practice a healthy lifestyle in malayalam.
*Why do we encourage practicing yoga or some kind of physical exercise every day ?
In this modern demanding world, people tend to lead a stressful and unhealthy lifestyle, gradually losing vigour and vitality. Many people just survive with least enthusiasm towards life. A few appropriate life decisions will turn everything for good. That is our motto, help our people to gain the right kind of attitude towards life and feel successful.
Gaining more flexibility, increasing strength and toned body, enhancing respiratory functions, more energy, always motivated and more enthusiasm in life all are part of our journey and we strive to help you as much as we can. As a result, we achieve weight loss, proper body weight, heart and circulatory health, improved stamina, free from injuries and feel happy in ourselves.
