i really appreciate your style of editing/cutting the video... i really hate how most people who post this sort of content (project zomboid, neo scavenger, cataclysm e.t.c.) dont tend to edit anything and just upload the raw video and call it a day... your style is much appreciated for people like me who dont exactly have the most time in the world for their free time

Sometimes they cut the content and just show them slowly killing the hordes of zombies. I do get tired of that because it is normally the same tactic. At least with Lime he does the bops edits which is pleasing and fast.

Tried it yesterday, a bundle of tips for the new hands: -Save the CAS, you can fix it, unlock something in your "skill tree", equip it, and be able to activate VATS from Fallout. Chance to hit mainly depends on the gun condition and mods - While in the inventory, time outside is slowed down, you can swap weapons with ease - when looking for cars, just look at the engine, transmission and body (optional). All other can be replaced from parts of other cars, except for the fuel tank which idk what effects it has under low condition. Fuel leaks? Fancy cars often come in shoddy condition in every way possible. Side note, get something like a plastic bucket for gas transfer. A 2L canteen isn't going to cut it in 5 mins. - Id cards for electronic safes - Tiredness don't feel like it has any effect. I have gone an entire day with the "very tired" text keep popping up. - I prefer fur sleeping bags over beds. Cloth is much easier/quicker to get along the way but mainly because my bed disappeared after I left the house. - you can store items in workbenches' input and output areas. Crafting by hand doesn't -Leatherman is actually quite rare, I found one in an electric safe. - You can que up recipes but not actually crafting any of them. Cancel them for the materials, they also don't weigh anything while in the que. DON'T store meat in the "Hobb pot" by just que-ing a bunch of "dry meat" and cook them when necessary, when they're pass the expiry date, whatever comes out will be expired. - Any liquid "puddles" in your backpacks will disappear when closing the menu, if it's in the "Hobb pot" however, it can accumulate as much as it wants. Don't know if it applies to any other storage container that's not a backpack. - Research the workbench and stone furnace, this is for progression. Don't worry, only stones and stone hammer+axe are required. -Don't worry about food too much, an encounter with the local bear will take care of it for 3 days. You lose hunger slowly as well. With enough clothing/armour and a trusty iron weapon, you can melee fight a bear with relatively little injuries, so long as you manage to dodge a couple hits. Also, your head relatively vulnerable. - Cooking pot is vital if you have thirst problems. The building menu will let you build a campfire and the "hobb pot" (don't remember name) with an extra 4 iron tube. Can only be built ON a campfire. -backpacks make for wonderful wormhole storages. Just shove backpacks within backpacks. - Clothing can be used as storages (they often come with arrows for some reason), though nothing in them will be identified as "readily available" like Magazins or crafting materials won't be taken from them - Clothing can be layered up to 4, shoes and helmet don't. Armoured clothing can weigh a lot. Idk if the position determines the armour effectiveness. - Contrary to the control schem loading tip, SHIFT + LMB is quick transfer. RMB is to drop or equip/unequip - Encumbrance isn't much of an concern, other than the slight movement penalty, the hunger drain would work in your favour if you have meat to feast on. - If encumbrance is a motive, swap canteens for big bottles. They weigh less but degrade faster each use compared to canteens. - if you find a pulsating cocoon. DON'T SHOOT IT OPEN UNLESS YOU'RE READY. It spawns A LOT of infected. It's also quite tough. (Guess how I learnt all the things about low condition guns) it dropped... A vehicle repair kit. That was all. -Gun malfunctions/jams actually hurt your character's arms. Cleared with "R" - for Gas guns, hold R, and click to pop up beside the gun icon on the bottom right. Then spam R to recharge it faster. - Muzzle attachments breaks off when broken - Guns can still be used while broken (Condition: 0) though will malfunction every other shot & be incredibly inaccurate. Even a shotgun is unusable unless you're close enough to get hit. By then the ricochet will may be the end of you. - ammo presses at the laboratory craft ammo casings. - "Splitters" (The giant thing than splits into more), thier "lower legs" can't be melee, it can out range you with an astounding attack speed. - "Crushers" the thing that ended this run, dodge to the sides when it charges. When it rams into something (or take enough dmg, idk which), it becomes "stunned". If possible execute them immediately, beware that the animation is slightly longer. - be careful when SHOOTING armoured enemies (best dealt via melee). It'll be bulletproof up to a certain caliber, and the chances of ricochet are high, so don't blindly blast your shotgun into it. It also doesn't seem to stun them which is annoying. Splitters can armoured at some points too. - Stunned enemies can be "executed" if you have a knife in the correct slot. It's insta kill with a short animation that may leave you vulnerable but only for those that walk. Whatever that explodes, wriggle, crawls and has no definite head are a no. - "Spitters" are actually "stunned" while they're spitting, so just roll through the acid and shank them. You can come out unscathed. - I still don't fucking know how to use molotovs. You can "drop it in a general direction" while holding it and RMB but that doesn't do anything. - Hit/destroy the cars to get mechanical parts

14:19 quick game hint, you can store bags, within bags which increases your invo slots greatly. just equip the bigger bag and put the smaller bag in it......all your items are safe still inside the smaller bag....... and yes, you can do multiple small bags in a larger for nearly unlimited added slots as long as you stay within your weight capacity.

Some PZ ideas: 1) the night devours the world. Try to survive from atop the tallest apartment in louisville against runners. 2) master chef. Show us the best dishes that can be made in the game 3) there's a mod that makes them run away from the sun, kind of like happens in Kingdom. 4) bring us back some old challenges that (for me) ended too soon, like surviving only on the road. Pd: its still too soon, but I hope for a rerun on the evolving zombies series. The finale was on my favourite episodes of all you've ever done.

Now that you mentioned NEO Scavenger. I'll give u tips (Actually just perks to use) if u ever plan on playing the game *SPOILERS AHEAD* Use these perks if you ever plan on long-term gameplay: Trapping: Only useful if you cant find clothing or a lighter to not die of hypothermia early game since its rare to immediately find a lighter or some clothing. Use a shard with the trapping skill to skin the dogman u killed to get its fur which has good insulation. Botany: Useful if you run out of food to eat. You can eat berries and mushrooms without worrying if its poisonous or not with this perk. Strong: self explanatory. Tough: Also self explanatory. Perks to balance all of these: Myopia: literally makes you not see one hexagon tile, you can live with it. Metabolism: you need more food. Thats where botany and strong goes very handy. For short-term or Speedrun gameplay. I still dont know. I hadn't Speedrunned the game. Although athletic might work. Edit: Here's 2 tips. ALWAYS TAKE THE LIGHTERS. Useful if you're cold or need to cook food. BRING EXPENSIVE ITEMS WITH YOU. 100-1k$ is definitely worth it. Since you can sell them at DMC.

hey lime, you could fix the CAS computational thingy (i played the game). you could fix it at a laboratory on the east from the crashed helicopter more or less. it gives you a skill that increases damage but when you fix it be careful

I don't dig it much when pixels are that big: I'm old enough to have direct experience of such low-res visuals as being forced on me due to technical limitations, so this game looks a bit too retro for me to play. I personally love this game so far. It brings so many of the fun things from CDDA and Project Zomboid, while the fluidity of the game mechanics make it a much less clunky experience. There is still quite a hefty amount of clunk in the game, like the clothing storage system being completely terrible right now, and the sort button sometime deleting a few of my items, but it's all stuff that can be patched without too much trouble. I believe that this will game will rise up to the same level as Project Zomboid and CDDA. I hope you play more of this.
