Remember, even the great personalities like Dr. APJ Abdul kalam and all came from remote areas(anganwadi topic raised), and infact made the country proud by just working in their own country. Even ABDUL KALAM sir got opportunity to work in NASA, for which he declined. Feel proud to work for the country guys.

unemployment are paid in US. I am sorry , this is very disturbing point, only eligible worker signed within tge community gets paid, and only for 8-11 months not for entire life. It happens in Canada and small other countries in Europe. But not in state. Group discussion is very unprofessional.

Open Issues Mr. ABC gave “Brain Drain” as the topic for group discussion saying the participants that they have been provided 2 minutes for preparation and then they will get started. Speaker 1: He started discussing that he is against brain drain that people of his country move to other country and used their brain and knowledge for developing other countries instead of using their brain and knowledge to developed their own country. The second participant demurred him by saying that she supports brain drain as people have all the right to do what they want and what fits best for them. The third participant supported her to the fact said that to live a better life they will obviously try and go abroad as they are given more money for the work and services they provide. The fourth participant countered to the fact that it is not a good decision to leave behind your nation whose government spent a lot of money on individuals and instead of serving their own country they moved to other country and served them. According to him this is actually brain drain is. The third participants countered him by saying that just because you are funding someone’s education that doesn’t means that, that person became slaves to you for a life. That individual has all the rights to choose what is best for him or not. The fifth participants spoke that in other countries half of their college fees are funded by government and the sixth speaker justifies her sentence by saying that those countries are developed countries and we are still developing country and that’s why we need the help of these bright individuals to serve their own nation instead of moving abroad. The other speaker interrupted the conversation and puts forward that there is no harm in leaving your own country to look for a better life out there, but one must be made aware of humanity. Then after a small discussion among the participants, an individual participant interrupts everyone and says there is no harm in going abroad and earning more, but they must be made aware of the fact that India is a developing nation, and they must do their respective jobs and serve India inbecoming a developed nation. The first speaker thinks that every individual has some social responsibility to come back to his own country and do something for their own country and not come back when he is old enough to not contribute to the development of the country. The conversation goes on and on and all participants together talk upon the infrastructure development, employment, big and rich getting their degree from abroad, scientists and so on. After having a lot more discussion upon the topic, the facilitator asks everyone to summarize the group discussion. Bit by bit, participants begin to say their thoughts. The sixth speaker said that he is definitely against the brain drain as nation can’t be developed by individual person only, all of us should join our hands to develop our nations. The fifth speaker says that she thinks that brain drain is justified and further states that the people who have lost the opportunities and feel neglected have the right to stay in the country or anywhere they want to as they have been let down, and they should think of themselves and do what is best for them. The fourth participant said that government is spending lots of money on individuals so it is their responsibility to serve for their country. The third speaker puts forward his thoughts by saying that she fully supports brain drain as every individual must have his /her own rights to decide. The second speaker also supported brain drain and says that money supersedes all other factors and even though they want to work for the country they moved abroad for their families. The first speaker says that he is not against the fact to the people going abroad but they have their social responsibility to come back and to serve their country. Although it was really like a debate but the speakers were great all have valid points and even everyone were able to cross it with valid points. I think it will be really hard for the invigilator to choose the candidate. From my view, the person in blue shirt used new points so he is going to be selected......
