Before Iain Abernathy came on KZbin, i was bored of Karate. Doing kata without knowing the meaning of why I was doing this move or that move. Same old kicking and punching techniques. Watching his views on kata using bunkai was a real eye opener! Thank you sensei Abernathy 🥋👍
