something that helped me is being aware of how many dead people wish to be alive again just to pray at least one prayer and make it the absolute best. makes me realize just how important my salah is and to prefect it.

My salah improved since i started making dua in sujud, before that i was only making dua after salah. I have so many things i am asking Allah, so many wants, for my parents, kids, myself, family etc, i spend a lot of time in sujud making dua and sharing my problems, my wishes, my dreams, etc because i know i am closer to him in my sujud.

Asalaamulaikum, One thing that has helped me a lot lately is writing things down as soon as they pop up in my mind. It’s beneficial especially if you are the type who gets distracted a lot during prayer with everything you have to do and it serves as a way to clear your mind before salat so you can be present , in sha Allah

A small tip..set your alarm on your phone for each Salah..5mins before so you can be ready before it comes in..so you’re ready for your scheduled appointment with your Creator🤍..I actually label the alarms e.g. “✨Dhuhur in 5mins in-shaa-Allah 🤗💕” so you’re excited, eager to have the connection with Allah 😊 you can even sit on your prayer mat and wait for it, knowing the angels are making dua for you as you wait for the Salah 😍 May Allah bless us with acceptance and mindfulness in all our Salah, Āmeen ya Rabb 🤍

Nicely captured and presented. Thanks for encouraging us to feel more comfortable and proud of our salawat. I resonate with the tip of trying a new surah every time so as to create variety and be more mindful & deliberate. I also love the idea of revising/studying the translation of a sura to be used in the next Salah..(ahead of the Salah). 👍

Something that helps me in salah is to prepare myself right before I start my prayer. Like hyping myself that I am about to have a conversation with Allah, my Lord and Master, Who I owe every blessings to. Even the fact that I able am to stand in front of Him is something He allowed for me and I have to take advantage of that, glorify Him the way He deserves. May Allah allow us to reach Level 5! Shaykh, I have heard that it is important to restrict excess movement in prayers. I really struggle with this as I am by nature a person who fidgets all the time. I also like to sound out my surahs silently as it helps me concentrate. Any tips on how to overcome this? JazakAllah for this amazing series and may Allah reward you and the AM team for this in dunya and akhira!

Assalaamu Alaikum. With all due respect dear Sheikh, i'll say it for you: If a person is living a life with one foot on the haram side of things and the other on the halal side-- it is terribly challenging to stand with sincerity in the heart before the Lord of the Worlds at salah time.

@user-et2ng1qb2m2 жыл бұрын
There are differences of opinion- that is should be in Arabic and that it can be in any language in sujood. I personally follow the opinion that you can make personal duaa in any language during sujood- the large majority of the Ummah doesn't speak Arabic, so if it was restricted to only Arabic, most of the Ummah would be deprived of making personal duaa to their Rabb during sujood except a small percentage. Do your research and follow the scholars and opinions that you trust. Inshaa Allah, you'll get a direct answer from Sh. Ammar on this.
