Practically Restoring a 2008 John Deere Gator 850D!!!

Needing to replace rear CV shafts on our 850D. Have the 5 bolt then the two bottom ones. When you pull the shaft out of the housing does the rear end drop any? Just looking at the plate the bottom two bolts looks as if its keeping the rear end from falling. Have not looked around anywhere else to see if its being held up by other bolts. I need to. Replace the shocks & springs on my 2007 850D. Is there anything special or difficult to the job?

If I remember correctly changing out the shocks on both the front and back are pretty simple and doesn’t require any special tools

Hey, I am currently trying to replace my front CV axles and the passenger side will not come out. Is there some trick to it? I’m pulling and prying and it’s stuck. Can’t see any clips or snap rings. Thanks.

It should just pop out with some effort but I’ve seen it where the splines are rusted and you just have to pry it and hit it and pull it until it finally lets go
