Hi Tina, das ist mal ein wirklich hilfreiches Video. Du bleibst nicht nur beim Papier beschreiben, sondern gibst visuelle Einblicke in deine Übestrategie. Danke nach Berlin.

Hi Tina!! This video is really helping me out :) One thing that I notice is that I can't do just 3 categories. I subdivide my practice content into: Warmup, Technique, Reading, Fundamentals, Comping and Improvising exercises, Repertoire, Transcription and Ear Training. I'm not saying I do it all because I would be lying ahahah. But that monthly Practice Hours page and the Habit Tracker were really good suggestions :) Thank you so much :) What is that meditation app? Maybe you could do a pdf with all the things that you have practice within the categories? Ahahah, too hard right? Again, thank you for your videos and ideas!!

Tina, this content is fantastic and has given me a lot to think about! I also have a practice journal and love to use different pens and my pastel highlighters 😁 you have given me some great ideas 💡 to improve my practice journal, thank you! The idea also of a 10min mediation before starting is a great piece of advice! I was wondering if you are reflecting after each month on how it has been? I would be very interested in learning more about your legato exercise 😊 And which motivational podcasts are you listening to? 🌻

hi! thank you so much for your comment! i used to reflect a lot on my practicing and discussing practice plans for hours with my partner derek ( he is a drummer) and i think that helped me a lot! lately i am mostly listening to my audio recordings and videos and try to take it one step at a time. i love listening to podcasts especially from the US, like „the third story“ from leo sidran but also like podcasts in general „the skinny confidential „. which seems to be an odd choice but i learned so much from it! very powerful women giving advice how to run a business 😀

Hoi Tina You're 1 of a kind and thats kind of a pity: there should be more one of a kind types like you... or unlike you i guess... whatever. I have been looking/listening to far more youtube guitarplaying tutorials than is good for my health and i couldn't fail to notice that some of these seasoned players 'broke' into a beautiful laugh when they made a mistake, but after the mistake they were quickly back to business. This made me wonder and ponder about the holy division between good - bad. Apropos your coffeecup: just one bad note? That note must be very lonesome.... So sometimes when i'm in the wrong mood i do the following: i close my eyes and play somekind of rudimentary accompaniment with just the A, D and E strings as bassnotes and then..... (cliffhanger)...... I place a finger randomly on the neck and listen to what the tone is singing to me (& enjoy if i'm capable) And if i feel the urge to dissolve (this is how its called in dutch) this unique, bad individual into some kind of harmonious groupsubmission i will try to do so by throwing a life-line to a sheltering rescueboat. Bytheway its a funny enterprise trying to avoid the consonant tones when leaping across the fingerboard. Thank you and sorry for the syrupcontent of the above. Could you please make a video with lots and lots of mistakes? If someone can do it it's YOU... Ich liebe dich noch immer! Groeten! Arjen
