After watching your older vids, I'm curious - did you strip your trombone of the lacquer, or did it wear away naturally? Either way it's beautiful!!

with this trombone, i received it unlacquered about two years ago, and that's the natural patina that's developed so far

If you had a David Bremmer Shhhh mute it would win for ease of blowing ,but it doesn’t fit in the bell in a case

that's my Stephens Horns Trombone - a Mount Vernon inspired french bead bell with a solid gold brass slide, a caidex valve with an annealed valve cap, and a little metal ring for stabilizing near the main tuning slide
