Prepositions can be a hassle in most cases. I think this is the hardest thing for most of us to grasp, but you've made things easier for us. In the past, I never thought that I could learn a language on KZbin, but it's happening. Even in high school, my English teachers were undeniably incompetent.

Thank you for this practical exercise! Although I’ve found almost all the correct answers, I’ve also learned one new expression: to be between a rock and a hard place. In any case, it’s always good to repeat something you’ve learned earlier. 😊

Sir, Could you please tell me 1)I'm in the bus 2)I'm on the bus Which one is correct? Someone said one Generally, if you are telling someone you are going somewhere by bus, then you are “on” the bus, that's the correct usage. There are some cases where you might say in the bus, inside as opposed to outside, but generally you would say you are riding on the bus. It's a nuance of the English language.

Gurneer Uppal 🤔 Hello, Gurneer. Mr Teacher 👨🏻‍🏫 here in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. I have an answer to your question. The word ‘apparently’ is an adverb. It refers to something uncertain or indefinite or might be. You could say: Apparently I did not hear what you said. You spoke very softly.’ I do not know that is true, but it might be. G Kind regards from your 👨🏻‍🏫 and my feline companion 🐈 who appears in the thumbnail picture.
