Hey erin,been thinking of starting a va account for myself and a question popped out:What if i finish a job thatmight axtually take one hour in 10 minutes,and i might do this constantly,and i give them monthly packages of maybe 10,20 or 30 hours.What is my response to them if i finish their job early,should i compensate them or not?

Great question! Personally, I do not give refunds if I finish work early! For example, clients might hire me for 20 hours a month to handle their travel booking but it only takes me 10 hours to book everything. I still get paid in full - that's the benefit of charging flat fees and not working on an hourly basis. As you get better as a VA, you WILL get faster. Don't financially punish yourself for being better at your job.
