Btw. there is the biggest Vietnamese community in Czech republic in whole of EU, especially in Prague... They came here as guest workers when we were occupied by the USSR, behind the Iron curtain, and after the revolution in 1989 they decided to stay.. We value them a lot, as they're hardworking and their kids are usually among the best in our schools... You/your girlfriend can find top notch vietnamese restaurants therefore...

Just stumbled onto your fun video. Love it! Prague is my favorite city, and I've missed it since the day I left. I've been there six times over the last few years, but I live in the Netherlands, so I'm not so far away. - just a one-hour flight from Amsterdam Schiphol. I'm almost 72 at this writing, so I'm not the kind of partier I once was, but thanks to this, I now have a few possibilities for filming locations for a video I would like to make some day featuring a couple of those gorgeous Czech dancers, and some music I wrote. By the way, the river is pronounced "VOL-tava". An American tourist once told me,"They DO have vowels in their language! They just don't write 'em."😄

Unfortunately anyone who told you that was wrong it really is vltava and not voltava 🙂 As a czech I really do not understand why everyone else needs to use vowels in almost each word 😃

been living there for 29 yrs I can tell you all locals HATE pubcrawlers. Also one of the best clubs you can go to in Prague is Cross Club. Not a tourist trap like all of those mentioned (especially Karlovy Lazne) but actually great musical production.

@@Reformatt While I agree with @ttmch7048 to some extent, actually places like Vzorkovna and Joystick bar are massively popular within local people. The traditional "czech" thing here is mostly sitting in a nice restaurant ("hospoda"), drink high quality beer (mostly under $3) and have some food. But if you want some party, clubbing etc., you have no other choice than the places you showed us, so I don't see anything bad about it and from time to time, we end up in them as well. But I wouldn't call beer spa "traditional". We love beer but we don't bath in it :D

You don't understand.. Czech culture is to get 10-15 beers and then be happy. If you get like 15 beers for 3-8 dollars you will get really poor. So all locals only drink beers that are around 2 dollars per drink.. :D You know we just want to have fun for as lowest cost as possible. :) You got here only the most expensive shit I have seen. :( It's just the way it is.. Only visitors go to these clubs... Sorry only overpaid football players and women who are doing social services are going there. :D Sorry about that.
