One day🌞 I was travelling in local bus🚎 and there were 2 people a bit away from each other, yet they were talking by sign language without disturbing any one with full privacy. No one understood what they were saying, how interesting !!!!! Just imagine you can easily communicate without uttering🗣 a word , how amazing it is!!! So I decided to learn sign language as it is an unique way of communication and this lesson are so nice , short and sweet . Thank you very much. Teacher.🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸⚘

My mum uses ISL and I grew up using a version that she made up, a lot of things are same but a lot aren't. When one of her friends didn't understood what exactly I was saying, I thought it's me who did something wrong. But my mum explained that she uses her own slang when talking to us at home, the way she used to when she was a little girl. Ever since then I've been determined to learn standardizes ISL, and I'm so glad to have found this channel!

Hey.... Before coming here i didn't knew about sign language but i wanted to learn so that i could communicate with my classmate and i straight away clicked a tutorial video of learning ASL.... And then after watching 2-3 videos i saw your video and realised that ISL is different from ASL. But i feel that ASL seems easy with minimum gestures and emotions. But it was really fun learning ISL with you. I memorized alphabets, numbers and these basic words .thanks pragya , i really appreciate your work.

Thank you for your appreciation. I am glad I could introduce you to ISL. If you want to learn Indian Sign Language properly I would suggest that you do a certification course from a place that hires a deaf teacher. You can check out organisations like ISLRTC, Noida Deaf Society, NIHH, National Association of Deaf, Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, AIISH, V-shesh, GiftAbled, Sai Swayam Society, IDBA, Deaf Enabled Foundation. (I am not associated with any of these, I am not an expert.) Happy learning. :)
