Please note that such proposals are not valid until the Architects Act 1972 is amended by the parliament. We hope and wish that such ridiculous proposals are not sent to the parliament. Even if these are sent to parliament they refuse to even consider such amendments.

First one makes a lot of sense to me because a little bit of Physics and alot of maths is gonna help us but chemistry is not helping us anywhere so we could just take some subjects with additional like with a core subject maths and that would make so much sense

Sir we can file an online petition for the government to reply to this meeting as early possible, so we can get a clear view, that it's accepted or rejected. And also rejection of 5th option

The first rule makes sense because a lot of students take pcm just for architecture and then struggle with maths. Allowing students from all streams is a good idea because ultimately they will give the entrance exams and prove themselves. But exam c,b,a is straight up dumb. Architecture students passionately study for 5 years redoing sheets, pulling all nighters, making hundreds of models and all. Its unfair to just let any bachelor degree holder get the license for practice even if it’s limited.

If these rules came into effect, there will be no importance of architecture degree. Its like koi bhi uthega aur khud ko architect bolega. There is no need for giving extra exams like C,B and whatever.

Sir in my opinion it is unfair... Means agar kisi ko architecture kri hai to vo obviously science pcm se hi lega... And agar har kisi ko architect ka title milega to ye to galat hai na sir... Atleast unko unke profession ka licence milna chahiye...

Architects Act 1972 की विभिन्न धाराओं में स्पष्ट रूप से बताया गया है कि कोई भी (Registered) आर्किटेक्ट किसी भी अन्य Architect के हितों के विरुद्ध काम नहीं करेगा. इस तरह के कार्य को Professional misconduct माना जायगा. अब गैर Architect को मात्र एक इम्तिहान "exam C" के आधार पर COA द्वारा Architectural Engineer की तरह registration प्रदान कर के "limited practice" के नाम पर Architectural Services देने के लिए अधिकृत करने की योजना सभी Registered Architects के हितों के खिलाफ कार्य करना है. इस तरह के प्रस्ताव बनाने वाले और उसे पारित करने वाले सभी महानुभाव Professional misconduct के दोषी और सजा के हकदार हैं.

Sir I am doing diploma in civil engineering and want to do architecture after its completion. So, there will be any provision for lateral entra in second year or it will be just for the students of diploma in architectural engineering and interior design.

CoA से ज्यादा जिम्मेदार IIA वाले हैं. IIA के representative के नेतृत्व में कमेटी बनी. CoA की EC में IIA प्रतिनिधियों ने इसे पास किया. अब September 2023 में CoA की मीटिंग में पारित प्रस्ताव पर एक साल से सब चुप क्यों हैं...
