"Who are you when the lights go out?" Just one of the gems packed into this hugely inspiring video. All mothers this is a reminder for us men to bow down to you. Thanks Rick and Prajna.

You do that and may you be embraced by them, meanwhile I'll bow down before the virgins ☺

How about bowing down to the love that moves the all that is? My original comment came from an awareness of how little men respect the pain that women go through via giving birth and bringing up children. I am sick to the core of spiritual oneupmanship which is why I visit this beautiful batgap site which for the most part avoids that source of suffering and fear. Love is available to us all at all times. Knowing this we are protected.

David Watermeyer My rather moderate response to this was censored, go figure ! But while I have no disrespect for all that, they don't have to - for my sake - give birth at all. However, I have a lifetime of experience with a lack of respect of women for the plight of man. So really: I don't see good reasons for the newly awakened idealization of woman. If all other values break down, men tend to resort to this primeval idea.

Thank you David. You have ears to hear. There was much more expressed than the biography. In many ways how a person lives their life is their teaching, not the words about it. Thank you again for getting it.

David Watermeyer Beautiful being. Yes, and I hear that you are expressing that pain and suffering are very different. Pain is unavoidable for all human forms. Suffering is believing you are the pain. Feeling (letting it be what it is) is the way out of both…

Thank you Jim, Yes - they are amazing. Abby is a dancer, silk climber and excellent student/teacher of life. Libby still has major challenges but she is happy, and lives up to her middle name Joy. She has "giggle fits" when people around her get too serious, reminding us that life is not to be taken too seriously, her laughter is contagious! Thanks for asking - good for folks to know there is not suffering here, challenge yes, and great fun. big love

“Dark Nights” thanks for talking about that Prajna. Mostly we hear the sugar-coated version of “spirituality”. …….it turns out dark and light are the same. A “dark night”, or “dark decade” even, can sometimes reveal that. I wish you and your family well.

Hi James, Yes, from this perspective it is the same, all moving through a great space. Thank you for your well wishes. In the end - I think it would have been good to say how the girls are doing now. I guess people will have to read the book for that one. regards

~ 6.0-7.0 on a 1 - 10. Seems genuine and unpretentious, no hype about herself. I understand that you guys wanted to focus on the biographical material because of the "don't give up" message, but you focused *exclusively* on that and as a result there was no reporting at all of what changes in view of the world and herself manifested in the process of her awakening. I should mention that no interviewee that does not give an independent contribution to cosmology from his own insight rather than relying on tradition has any chances of ever reaching an 8.0 on the 1-10 scale. *General Disclaimer:* When I give an interview a high rating, I do not mean to imply that whatever he/she speaks is the truth (as if I was the arbiter over that) or that you should follow him/her or accept whatever that person offers. It means merely and exclusively that I consider the interview to be of high value relative to the stated purpose of the channel, and that it is therefore no waste of time to listen to the interview.

~ There are basically two purification processes that we must go through if we want to reach a full enlightened state of mind ~ One is to purify our bodies and the other is to purify our minds ~ We purify our body through exercise and diet ~ We purify our mind by removing those Thoughts, Beliefs, and Emotional Barriers that limit us and prevent us from seeing the true nature of reality ~ Both of which are essential ! We are vary fortunate to have these physical bodies and must preserve them ! Without them we cannot experience life and learn from our experiences ~ If we want to transcend are current mind state and experience full enlightenment then we must purify our minds ~ Our entire journey in this physical realm is a journey of purification !

The woman talks about attaining nirvikalpa samadhia, she knows nothing of it, if she attained that highest stage of samadhi she would not have been talking and laughing like ordinary people. Clearly she is ignorant and she does not know what is samadhi.

+Err Veda Are you serious? You see this as the right forum to spout uselessly hateful judgment? I wonder how you (who are not ignorant and who have attained the highest stage of everything) would fare if you had to deal with even one of the tragedies that she endured?
