Usewally service seller company has operating leverage make sense But manufacturer company has always same cost not matter what ever sale is high or low But there is one problem in operating leverage it is do or die situation before breakeven point company should always bear loss after breakout company should get maximum profit. But in company like manufacturing where operating leverage not works company get some minimum profit no matter what sale is because it don't depend on breakeven point. ❤Sir a genuine question- according to Peter Lynch. If the growth of a company is more than the P/E ratio then it’s very good.if I look at Adani power, the growth rate is about three or four times more than the P/E ratio. I did the fundamental analysis of it and I found out that every thing is okay except the debt scenario which is a bit more. fundamentally it’s a good company but taking the Hindenburg report is it okay to invest in a adani companies despite this company being fundamentally strong???? Please respond….waiting sir
