Excellent explanation sir👍 but you missed one thing or forget to explain which is,operating leverage can be decreased not only by decrease in sales during recession /covid like situation but also in situation when company increase capital expenditure for expansion which is increase in fixed cost, therefore 1st instance is concerning but 2nd instance is not though operating leverage is decreasing in both instances.Thank you.

sir iam ca student : i have 3 doubts. pl replay as soon as possible. 1) at 6: 36 , if we take a sale value of rs 100 Cr for second year, we get EBIT=0 therefore by using formula shown at 8:11 DOL = 0 . is this situation possible in real life ? 2) variable cost is directly proportion to sales. so can we use this formula DOL=(percentage change in EBIT)/(percentage change in variable cost) 3) suppose a company was incorporated on 1/4/2019. on 31/3/2020 it was found that its EBIT =0. then how to calculate DOL
