@@shivdiaz melatonin is not medication, it’s a dietary supplement. It also doesn’t make you sleep, it simply promotes sleep. You can’t spike someone’s drink with melatonin no more than you can spike someone’s drink with a multivitamin. But I do agree that no one should be dropping anything-even if it isn’t harmful-in anyones drink regardless, or giving someone something without their awareness of what they’re being given.

So glad you didn’t actually do it - not going to lie when I saw the other video done like this I was SO uncomfortable. For those commenting saying “melatonin is natural it’s fine” If someone slipped that into your drink - would it still be fine? No. It would put you under an influence of sleep and fatigue. Illegal.
