Fitness కోసం dabbulu అవసరం లేదు bro. ఒక 1000 rs పెట్టి ఒక మంచి running shoe కొను. Morning 1 hr run (jog), evening 30 min run cheyyi. తినేది తక్కువ తిను, bakery items, sweets తగించు. Nee Fitness perugutundi. నా weight 106kgs ఉండేది మార్చి 2020 lo. ఇప్పుడు 93kg. నా age 43. Okappudu 2 mins kuda parugu petraleka poyedi. Nenu 15 km running events lo kuda పాల్గొన్నా. Dedication ఉండాలి అంతే. Nenu kuda 9 to 6 job. Travels ఉంటాయి. కానీ travel ayyaka malli సిన్సియర్ గా continue చేస్తాను.

No artificial harmone injections are given. Its a very costly affair and poultry indistry has challenged any one, if proven such claims would receive monetary rewards. The increased weight of chicken is achieved through the development of genetically superior varieties. Chicken fish eggs diary are great protein sources but every body has unique tolerance levels and try not depend only on non vegetarian sources for protein. ~1 to 1.5 gms of protein has to be target for each kilogram body weight Whey protein is absolute gold in the block and a scoop every day can be consumed to complete daily protein intake. Each scoop(33gms) provides 24 to 30gms of protein. Eggs are great and 2 whole eggs can be consumed and the later white eggs. Each egg has 6 grams of protein. Few vegetarian protein sources to consider as follows Rolled oats peanuts Soy beans Rajma Chickpeas Lentils - green moong Natural peanut butter with no added sugars Nuts whole grains legumes flax seeds Pumpkin seeds Check out receipies of above ingredients for breakfast or snacks. Consume fruits directly or do not remove pulp from the juice. Digestive fiber is necessary. Glass of juice without fiber will spike glucose levels very badly. So research on consumption of fruits juices.

One more tip is try to increase vegetarian foods if possible avoid non veg completely for sustained longer real health. Every doctor knows this, but not sure why people are still believing that non veg is good for health.

Absolutely. But the problem is most protein foods in vegetarian has carbohydrates in 2:1 ratio. Which defeats the purpose of cutting down carbs.
