প্রতিটি মাছ গোটা রেখে লইট্টা মাছের ঝাল রেসিপি || লইট্টা মাছের রসা || Lote Macher Jhal
Ingredients:
1. Bombay duck fish: 500 gm
2. Salt: as required
3. Turmeric powder: 1 tspn
4. Red chili powder: 1 tspn
5. Mustard oil: ½ cup
6. Chopped onion: 1 cup
7. Chopped tomatoes: ½ cup
8. Green chilies: 3-4 pcs
9. Ginger paste: 1 tspn
10. Garlic paste: 1 tspn
11. Maida: 4 tspn
12. Coriander powder: ½ tspn
13. Cumin powder: ½ tspn
14. Kashmiri red chili powder: ½ tspn
15. Fried spices powder: ½ tspn
16. Water: as required
17. Sugar: little amount
18. Garam masala powder: ½ tspn
Procedure:
1. Take Bombay duck fishes and cut into pieces.
2. Marinate the fishes with salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mustard oil and keep aside for 15 minutes.
3. Make a fine paste with chopped onions, tomatoes and green chilies.
4. Take flour in a tray and mix with salt, turmeric powder and chili powder.
5. The fishes are coated with flour and fry it.
6. Then take mustard oil in a pan and put garlic paste it and stir continuously.
7. Then add chopped onions in it and fry for 2-3 minutes.
8. Then add onion mixture and ginger paste in it and stir continuously.
9. After a while add all spices powder in it and fry.
10. Then add sufficient water in the mixture and cook for 1-2 minuts.
11. Then add fried fishes in the gravy and cook for 1 minutes.
12. Finaly add fried spices powder and garam masala powder in the curry and cover for 5 minutes.
13. Serve delicious loitta jhal with pain rice and enjoy.
