1 glass of milk (200 ml).
2 teaspoons of red chili powder.
1 cup of flour (120 grams).
1.5 teaspoons of salt (12 grams).
For frying: vegetable oil.

1.5 cups of water (300 ml).
1.5 teaspoons of salt (12 grams).
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1-2 teaspoons of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
olive oil ( 50 ml ).
cheddar cheese (150 grams).
For the Onion Appetizer
2 onions.
2 red peppers.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
water ( 50 ml ).
salt.
black pepper.
Red powdered pepper.
1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Я замачивала печень говяжью и свинную в молоке, но она была жёсткой, пока не стала добавлять , в уже нарезанную пластинами печень, столовую ложку соды, перемешивали и оставляла на 40 мин, потом промывала холодной водой, обсушивала и обжаривала в течении 3 мин со всех сторон. Снимала со сковороды, обжаривала лук и морковь ,добавила туда печень и сметану, протушивала на маленьком огне 10 или 15 мин. Очень вкусно!❤

Нарезать печень порционнвми кусками и посыпать содой, перемешать и оставить минут на 15-20. Хорошо промыть, обвалять в муке, , жарить на раскпленой. сковороде, все время переворачивать её. Потом посолить добавить лук, сметану, подлить горячей воды и ещё потушить. Очень мягкая печень говяжья.

Thank you so much for the beautiful recipe! ❤ It’s very different to how we traditionally cook liver (I’m Irish, living in the UK) - we usually cook it slowly on low heat, with onions and bacon. I loved beef liver growing up in Belize, I haven't eaten it since I left. I will buy some grass fed liver and see if I can reconnect. I eat mainly fatty fish & chicken from wholefoods with steamed veggies.
