Thanks for the post. Debate is almost 6 yr old and posted almost a year ago- still relevant. Khub taratari tumi-te neme asa-r chal aage chhila na, oi janyai aagekar bangla cinemagulo eto uchha maner chila. Anyway, there is nothing to blame to any actor/actress or director for nudity, as one has every freedom to do so , though it might be unfortunate. Incorrect that, no art is possible without sex or violence. In between 50-80, Bengal was just rich in cinematic perspective. Yes, it's needles to say, watching porn gives more stability than today's rubbish films or dances. Hindi B/W was little better though no match for bengali B/W, but color hindi films were mostly commercial. And if we need to have nudity in cinema, I might have some question- which nude scene actor/actress might not choose to do and why? Is it only money? Plenty of story will be in fact available including 2X/3X in market than story without sex. Then where to stop? We need to think where we should stop before starting journey. Many bolly,tolly,kolly dash have plenty of talents/potential for running porn industry in India, if producer becomes available here and it looks like WEST might need to follow indian porn actress in coming future for learning of best appeal. Any youtube user, reading this comment, can come with any reaction but only based on what I've written here.
