Pravin Gordhan's memorial service

Family, friends, former colleagues and comrades are expected to arrive at Pravin Gordhan's home in Pretoria for a private viewing of his body.
The former Public Enterprises, Finance and COGTA Minister and SARS commissioner died in the early hours of Friday morning after a battle with cancer.
He will be afforded a Category 2 official funeral which will be held in Durban on Thursday.

aih but although we cannot criticize...but according to my analysis there is something amiss with this memorial service serious...firstly the mode of this service is weak and there is no decorum...i remember that Pravin Gardhan was not just a member of the ANC but surely he was the seasoned ANC member, and not only that but also a top respected senior government leader as a cabinet minister for quite sometimes....so i m really disappointed that his Memeorial service is held in a shabby mere townhall rather than in a more august venue, and to be attended by government leaders and other respectable true ANC veterans...i don't see all of this happening and i m disheartened that he is afforded such a measly Memeorial service as compared with his broad and matured credentials in both the ANC and in government....eish the ANC has really lost the compass unfortunately.... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😭😭😭😭...may the soul of Mr. Pravin Gordhan rest in peace...Amen

Great leaders, I have come to noticed, are patriotic. And I believe the reason we have so many false leaders who parade themselves as revolutionaries manage to hoodwink people to follow them even when their past and present actions show with complete clarity that they are actually parasites and kleptocrats is because we lack patriotism. PG showed us all that true leadership amongst other important characteristics, is about being loyal to your country and its peoples, that being a leader means being a servant of the people, that injustice and corruption should be fought viciously wherever it rears its ugly head.
