PRAWNS JHATPAT RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Prawns cleaned ½ kg Oil ½ cup Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Onion finely chopped ½ cup Salt 1 tsp Curry leaves 10 Dried red chilies 4 Cumin seeds ½ tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Coriander leaves and green chilies chopped as required METHOD : Heat oil, add cumin seeds, whole red chilies, and curry leaves, and fry till light brown, add all the spices and prawns, and fry well, then add 1 cup hot water, cook till prawns are tender and gravy thick, add chopped green chilies, allspice, coriander leaves and lemon juice. #prawnsjhatpat #prawnsrecipe
