Hey Bart! Would you please make a video on sustainable fishing? Some say farming fish is not sustainable, and wild-caught (ex. salmon), that doesn't seem to sound sustainable, would be an example of sustainable fishing. Could you explain this in a video?
@Bartsfishtales7 жыл бұрын
Hi Yvonne! That always depends on the situation - there are certified fish farms (ASC label). What kind of fish are you thinking about?
@daBuzzY907 жыл бұрын
Only buy fish with MSC and ASC labels. ASC is for farmed fish, MSC for wild fish. Please don't buy fish with other labels, if you care about marine sustainability.

Good point but our trip is not just about cooking some prawns. Our travels are about creating awareness and changing the world consumption of seafood. As 80% of our oceans are overfished of fished to the limit we urgently need to change this. This trip was for many media and our new cookbook to be published from October. Our aim is to reach as many people as possible and to show them the joy of eating seafood and care about the future can go hand in hand.
