Take it easy, and try to be aware that the concussion could be causing these fears, with head injuries and concussions it can cause depression and a lot of bad feelings and thoughts for awhile, so try to be aware of that, and that it's just the concussion and you WILL get better! I've had many concussions, and once I realised all the negative feelings I had were due to that I found it a lot easier to cope, and tried to just remember I will get better. Bless you, and I pray a speeding recovery to you, in Jesus name! Maybe do some googling so you can be aware of all the side effects and how long it will take to get better :)
