Thank you for your educational blog and you great translation.. I think Ahu is the Physical or political leader, and Rati is the spiritual leader. As Zarathushtra at his time campaigned against both for unifying forces and exploiting the Drigu, or the honest meek, in this prayer which is about establishing the ideal dominion, he has carefully separated the two by saying,: as the world leader, Ahu is to be chosen (elected), so is Ratu or the spiritual leader. The two choices are made for their righteousness(Asha) through the wisdom of the virtuous men and women, so that the Chosen dominion is established and actions are done for the Wise Lord. and justice prevails where the Drigu ot honest oppressed (exploited meek) shall rehabilitate. In other parts we read: the reward of the chosen dominion is peace. In simple words, justice will generate peace.

Ashem Vohu: Ahoi ( physical and mental purity or righteousness) is the best asset. It is happiness. Happiness comes to the person who is Asho (righteous) for the sake of righteousness alone ( not for the reward).

"We three kings of Orient are..." were Zoroastrian/Mazdayasna Magi. Cyrus/Khoroush freed the Israelites from slavery in Babylon. Five and a half centuries later, the wise men/"three kings" (likely more than three)/magi departed Saveh with gifts for a baby in a manger. Perhaps Ahura Mazda is worth a listen.

there has never been three kings from orient, not Zoroastrian for sure. You have no idea what the title King means for Zoroastrian. After Mazda, Shah of iran is the second most holy figure for Mazdayasna people. The three king stories was made up by church to give legitimacy to their newly built religion.

Greetings!! Thank you for the prayer and Blessings!! What is the name of this prayer, and can you write it out in the description? I had a very mystical experience with Zarathustra at a Boston, Ma museum- I was visiting an exhibit and entered through some mystic gates that where from ancient Mesopotamia. Well, Spirit rushed through, and I was transported back in time. I fainted and they sat me on a bench that was from the queens' garden - well, that just brought on more visions. I have been a path of enlightenment my entire life this was just another fun experience with the divine. After doing much research and a DNA mapping, I was able to confirm that, yes my blood line is ancient, and we have been here for eons. My guides tell me I was Zoroaster's bride. I really haven't shared this with many as it is something that is so unreal to those clueless. Again, thank you kindly!! 🍀 BTW - My car is a Mazda Protege ' Tee Hee!!😄

Mazda is the only true and holy creator, All mighty and all loving god, that tells us to think before accepting accepting and worshipping Mazda. When King Yama rejected Mazda's request, Mazda was not angry, he continued loving Yama and blessed him with many things. There is only one way, and that is Asha.
