Its a gift the Holy Spirit gives to whoever asks for it. However, you receive this gift by faith. Which means when you ask for it, you must trust yourself to begin to speak the words that are in your spirit, trusting that utterance is being given to you. Does that make sense?

Doesn’t the Bible say that speaking in tongues is “one”of the spiritual gifts! Are you implying that speaking in tongues is necessary? What about those of us who don’t have this gift?
