This is 7 months late but I hope it is still useful. Those are watch hours. 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, and 21:00. Everytime is okay to pray, but these specific are gates even mentioned in the bible. If you have ever readin the Bible of the 3rd hour, noon time, time of evening sacrifice all fall in these categories. If you can, rise up in all of them or some of them and pray. For as long as you can.
