Great walk-through. I haven't been there in about 25 years. Had to give up whitewater in 2000. We used to camp at hot springs the night after running FB or Big Laurel and paddle up to Frank Bells and just spend several hours playing, surfing and catching enders. I really enjoyed the vid. Brought back a lot a great memories. Thanks.

Thanks, I love this one too! I’ve kayaked the upper section 5-6 times and know it ok. But this really helps study up on it. One day soon, I’ll try again to successfully run the main line at s-turn, and I also want to run the bottom section, so this is much appreciated!!

It’s when you’re able to make the stern dive under water and the bow rise so your kayak is vertical in the water.
