Lol very few builders use advanced framing, however I know advanced framing is built on site and takes longer and uses less lumber. However, 2x6s are used on exterior walls which allows for much more insulation, which makes your home more energy efficient.

I noticed you don't use 'advanced framing" techniques and it doesn't look like you could pass a blower door test or even an energy star audit. Other than that nice video.

Some states are starting to not like engineered trusses ,they only have 1/3 the burn time. There's been a few cases of firemen falling threw ,just after a very few minutes of burn time. Plus their just shit if they get wet.
