Not sure what he is saying, but I think it is something about water freezing flat and that the surface of water has to be flat in order to play ice hockey. Then something about if the earth is covered in over 70% water that can freeze flat when at rest, then the earth can not be a spinning testicle in an impossible space vacuum but a flat horizontal stationary topographical plane. Smart guy.
