Yes , Amit ji, Govt kee pooree galtee hai, Govt and private banks kee milee bhagat hotee hai . State Govt ko authority se Funds needed hote hain, bichara gareeb aadmi phas jata hai.... Desh me jankari Dena apna farz hai. Govt action tabhee legee , jab janta aur dealers aawaz uthainge....

Sir green villas in sector 113 mohali ka CLU ah gaya hai. Paar abi RERA nahi aya 6 months sai jada time ho gaya hai. Kya woh safe hoga buy karna

Just check only one thing , does builder have registered land or not. If registered, it should not be under bank mortgage. That is one step of being safe investment
